The Tiger's Mouth Blog: CIT Week 2019: Finding balance as we practise together
[rl_gallery id=”13535″]
Day 3 of Continuing Instructor Training week began with an opportunity to chant, practising together as a larger group than most participants would experience at our home locations. Finding balance is not just in our physical form. As we work together as a group, chanting also gives us an opportunity to extend our spine and spirit upwards to further open our minds and bodies.
This duality of our Taoist Tai Chi®️ arts training also allowed us later explore opening and balance as we practiced Repulse Monkeys and Brush Knees. We individually benefitted from our work together as a group.
Everything in our training helps us develop clarity in our direction as we aim to better ourselves, step by step.
