The Tiger's Mouth Blog: Remembering to Let Go
When the coronavirus pandemic caused the lockdown, we were asked to stay strong and keep practicing Taoist Tai Chi® arts. I did one or two sets daily, but this felt incomplete.
Then Saturday morning chanting was introduced.
Initially, I didn’t think I could do it. I got lost in the words and almost gave up. Then I remembered to “Let Go”. So I let things go.
I am now more at ease chanting without concern for correctness. After chanting, I am more confident and productive. This has also allowed me to “Let Go” as I practice the tor yu, dan yu or specific moves.
