In the spirit of helping hands, the Saturday morning Taoist Tai Chi® arts class at Cooksville United Church in Mississauga donned gardening gloves, grabbed rakes and clippers, and joined the church members in their annual spring yard cleanup.

Those of you who have attended Intensives at Cooksville know the beauty of the grounds surrounding the church. We felt pleased to be able to give back  to the church community who have been generous hosts to FLK.

Seventy-one bags of leaves and several piles of branches later, everyone gathered for coffee and sweets. The morning was capped off with a Tai Chi set in the fresh air.
