A number of us from Collingwood Branch had a fabulous day out on Wednesday March 27 at the International Centre, near Orangeville. We participated in a class with Andrew Hung, who encouraged us to try roundness and softness instead of ‘holding’.
After a delicious lunch our new participants enjoyed a tour while the rest of us cleared and washed up. For a couple of hours in the afternoon a number of us volunteered to clean and freshen up the Meditation Suites along with a group from the Barrie Branch who had stayed overnight and volunteered for a couple of days. Others went into the bush and learned about making the most delicious maple syrup.
We all enjoyed our time together and look forward to coming back soon.
