Blogue de la Bouche du tigre: Connecting With Nature at the International Centre Orangeville
The sun rises in the peaceful tranquility at the International Centre near Orangeville.
As the day begins, in the warmth of the sun and fresh air, mother nature and the magnificent maple trees in our forest begin sending maple to the “sugar shack.”
The first phase of the process begins, storing the maple before the boiling process and final bottling takes place.
And the call rings out, “Thank you maple!”
Please consider volunteering to help. It is a wonderful experience.
