I requested a Blessing to be chanted during the Lantern Festival. It is « The Lamp that Bestows Peace and Safety to the Young and Old ». This Blessing reminds me that safety and peace are worth thousands of pieces of gold. I so appreciated joining with others near and far to chant for blessings to be bestowed in the coming year, especially upon the Young and the Old, those who are most vulnerable and in need of our care during the pandemic.
