Calgary Work Bee with Taoist Tai Chi® arts

Early summer was a busy time at Calgary Branch. As a 40th Anniversary project, several participants (and one non-participant!) volunteered to rejuvenate the outdoor trim at our main location.

We applied our Taoist Tai Chi® training to the preparation. We did wave hands to wash the windows, Dan-yu to sand and clean the framing, and Tor-yu to apply the tape. Scaffold and ladders in place, not only did we paint but also cleaned outside signage and replaced light bulbs.

Meanwhile, green thumbs in our midst weeded the gardens and planted donated flowers. Everything was completed in time for our 40th Anniversary Open House July 21st.
